Can I see the same doctor each visit?
Yes. Generally the same doctor can go to give the consultation. Some times if the doctor is busy in other consultations a different doctor that works with us may go. If you wish to see the same doctor please advise us when you make your appointment.

May I see the doctor on weekends?
Yes. He works 7 days a week.

Do you offer consultations in hotels or only consultations in houses/condos?
We offer consultations in hotels, houses, condos, and also in our office

How long does it take the doctor to arrive to the consultation?
This depends where you are located. Generally in Playa del Carmen consultation in about 20 mins. Puerto Morelos or Puerto Aventuras in 30 mins. Akumal in 45 mins. Tulum in 1 hour. If there is traffic or if the doctor is in another consultation these times may increase.

Do you handle medical emergencies?
Yes. We have services for ambulance, hospital, and specialists.

What do I do if I need blood work?
We work with a team of chemists who can go right to our office, your hotel, house, or condo to take blood, urine, or stool samples.
